High growth IT outsourcing firm needs a hitter!

Leading Texas IT Managed Services Provider is growing and needs to add a leader to its team.

In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with senior business and financial executives who influence purchasing decisions within the organization related to IT managed services, products and support.

You will act as a customer advocate to ensure that all departments understand customers’ requirements and respond with the right scope and quality of service. Work with product development teams to ensure that the product portfolio reflects changing customer needs. Coordinate the work of technical support teams to provide clients with customized services they need throughout their ownership of the products, including solution design, installation, training, user support and maintenance.

Consistently build trust and strengthen relationships by keeping customers informed on how emerging technologies can help their business. Prepare briefings on the business, technical and financial benefits of technology and collaborate with customers to develop customized solutions.

The Client Solutions Architect is responsible for the full sales lifecycle as it pertains to the current customer base of the company. This position must farm active customers to up-sell products and services by developing a thorough understanding of their business and technology needs.
